When I Grow Up…..
Mr Big was born at Reading Guinea Pig Rescue on 21st May 2008 weighing in at just 44gms. After a shaky start, he and his lovely mum Chantilly are doing well. Read their story here.
Mr Magic is a very similar looking Golden Agouti type boar who has been living the life of luxury here at Gorgeous Guineas for over a year now. He was adopted from Reading Guinea Pig Rescue and lives with his pretty wife Maisie – a sow with attitude from Thistle Cavies Rescue.
We thought it would be fun to show Mr Big how much growing he’s got to do to reach Mr Magic’s whopping weight of 1360gms (3lbs). At the time of the photo shoot Mr Big weighed in at 136gms, so he’s already growing well after a slow start.
